IconCreator 4.5 - is a software that allows you to capture, to create, to save and to edit any-size-icons (from 16x16 to 128x128 pixels). This version will allow you to load icons from DLL and EXE files and also save your images in different formats (ICO-32, JPG, BMP, ICO-16).
