GIFEx is our own program for viewing, editing and conversion of GIF, ICO and BMP icons. It can edit single images and animations (frame by frame).

GIFEx supports conversion of supported formats in all ways (gif2ico, gif2bmp, ico2gif, ico2bmp, bmp2ico, bmp2gif). Can edit images in sizes 32 x 32 (standard windows icon size) and 40 x 40 (size used in GIF Icon Gallery - with border).

What's New in This Release:

· performs as gif animator = it is possible to insert new frames, delete existing frames, move frames to other position, set animation speed (frame delay)
