EyeWebServer is the easiest to use webserver.

You can set your Shared Folder and your Index file in the easiest way possible.

It shows you who is connected to your IP, which file is downloaded, the time when that download started, the number of visitors in a session, time since server is running, the length of the file that is sended and much more.

You can set your own error message (HTML tags are allowed).
If you want to share the files in your Shared Folder, you can choose "The Store" module to create a list of the files in the Shared Folder and then publish it as your default Index page.
If you want to copy a file located outside the Shared Folder, EyeWebServer can do that for you.
The program can be minimized to System Tray, and you will receive a notification if someone visits your Web page.
