Gmax-OnAir is now a state of the art video streaming application designed to be used as a remote video surveillance or video conferences system. An enhanced streaming library is used for network multicasting protocol.

For video conferences only multicasting protocol is available. For remote surveillance you may use the GmaxService witch is a NT service.

The video device could be any USB WEB CAM that supports Microsoft VfW capture driver or compatible. You must set the IP address of all contributors in the configuration file.

In order to do settings you must click on any of the eight renders. All the settings are saved in gmax.cfg file. However you may use any text editor to set manually items in this configuration file.
