BitStrip - A simple animated GIF-to-BMP filmstrip application.

Supports most GIF types, even ones with local color tables. Both horizontal
and vertical BMP filmstrips may be saved. Does not support large GIFs with
a large number of frames (the application will eventually use up all of the
Window's graphics resources).

The BMP is created as a 24bit color depth file to ensure all pixels in all
frames are rendered correctly.

Any transparent pixels in the GIF frames, that remain as a result of the
frame rendering disposal method, are given the "That Pink" color, unless
the "Bkgnd" button is toggled on. In that case the GIF's global background
color is used instead. Please note that toggling the "Bkgnd" button affects
only those view windows that are opened after the button is toggled.
