Use GetDiskSerial.DLL that can easily obtain physical product serial number of the HardDisk and other information, for example:
· Serial Number
· Model Number
· Revision Number
· Buffer Size
· Cyliners
· Heads
· Sectors per track

Because the product serial number is the sole identification of the HardDisk, you can create an Information Code with the Serial Number for your shareware without any barrier
