Automate your file routines!
Are you tired of files scattered throughout your hard drives? Do you want your files to be always found at the right place? If so, you need
DiFolders to be installed on your computer.
You just create your own folder (difolder), set rules for it, and all files that you put into this folder will be sorted (moved, copied, deleted, etc.) according to the rules.
Use difolders to save you time with file routines!
DiFolders features include:
* Creating multiple difolders and setting any number of rules for it.
* Special expressions for rules: file masks for source files, variety of variables to use in destination files, such actions as move, move + run, copy, delete files.
* MP3 Tags support: You can use an MP3 file tag information for destination file and folder names.
* Multiple hard and removable drives support.
* Network support: You can use your local area network computer's folders as difolders, for example, to synchronize files.
* File synchronization: You can set rules in such way that your files will be synchronized with folders on other drives or network computers.
What's New in This Release:
* Now you can copy files by dropping them to difolder in difolders list.
* New destination file variable:
%SUBPATH% - returns the part of path to file excluding difolder name and including trailing backslash.
* Balloon-style error messages.
* Only one running instance of the program is allowed now.
* Hint when trying to use comma to separate multiple masks in Rules Editor.
BUG FIXES
* %PATH% didn't work - fixed. (And changed - now %PATH% returns path to the source file without drive name).
* Fixed bug with %SUBSTR[..]%
* Fixed selection bug when creating new difolder.
