DefaultBrowser is a useful application that lets you to set the default web browser for your user profile in Windows XP, without affecting the other users.

The user interface in Windows XP does not provide an option for setting the default browser for each user.

For those who wish to have their favorite web browser as the user profile default, you may try this utility.

The browsers you see in the Preset Configuration are tested and working flawlessly as user defaults.

Requirements:

· Administrator or Limited User account. Does not work under Guest account.
· To successfully apply the per-user setting, choose No to the prompt when your Web browser prompts to make it the default, as it might affect all the user profiles.
