HelloEURO has been astounding users by converting multi-currency amounts to/from the euro since 1998. Running from the Taskbar, it converts any currency amount(s) to/from the euro within MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, potentially any Database including MS Access and any clipboard handling application.

You simply highlight the amount(s) to be converted, press a hot key and watch their conversion to euro in seconds. Its Configuration Wizard will have you up and running in no time. HelloEURO complies fully with third party euro Compliance Test Data and uses euro compliant rounding.

HelloEURO comes pre-loaded with all the major world currencies and their symbols. However, you can create new Isocodes. It also allows you to create multiple abbreviations against each Isocode e.g. D, DM, DMK, and German Marks for DEM.

HelloEURO comes with its own Triangulation Calculator allowing conversion from one currency to another via the euro, adhering to EU Triangulation Rules. HelloEURO’s Euro Calculator caters for ad-hoc calculations displaying local currency against Euro simultaneously.

In MS Excel, you can convert all values within a formula or simply tick specific values to convert. HelloEURO also allows you to store the value before conversion in the Comment Field of Excel.

HelloEURO gives you the option of Appending, Pre-pending or Replacing original values with euro equivalents. Converted amounts can be displayed in different Fonts, Font Sizes, Colours and Styles. HelloEURO comes with a Configuration Wizard and Help.

Notes

1. If after installation the program immediately crashes you most likely have a corrupt MDAC Installation. The solution is to download and install the Microsoft Data Access components (MDAC_TYPE.EXE) from http://www.microsoft.com/data/

2. NT Users: ensure you are logged on to your machine with at least local admin access during installation and registration. Otherwise the program may not function correctly and may indicate that the evaluation time has already expired.

3. Go through the test data in the examples directory.If this conforms to the known results without any problems then the program should be compatible with your machine and its settings.

4. To verify the integrity of HelloEURO simply right click on Helloeuro.exe from explorer.
Select properties, Select digital Signatures,then Details.
You should see a valid certificate from Heidi Computers Limited.
