· Cataloging
The very heart behind eFirearms is its capability to record detailed information about a firearm.
· When you create a new item, the amount of detail you enter is completely up to you. It can be as simple as the make, model, and serial number or extensive by including date and place purchase, amount paid, etc.
· The Item Properties screen is orgainzed so that you can find information you care about quickly.
· Organization
Simply cataloging information isn't enough. You need to have some way of organizing all of those records or it can become a bear to find an item.
· eFirearms allows you to create collection folders to house individual records.
· They can be as simple as "My Guns" or broken down into more specific categories such as "Civil War" and "WW II".
· You can move items from collection to collection simply by dragging them into the new folder.

· Reloading Data
To make eFirearms a more useful program to the reloader, we've added the ability to catalog reload data.
· If you reload ammuition and need a way to keep track of the load data, simply enter it into eFirearms. Load records are associated with indvidual items, so you can quickly recall load information simply by selecting the item from your inventory list.
· As with item details, you can enter as much or little reloading data as you like. The choice is completely up to you!
· Pictures
Cataloging an item is good but having a picture of the actual firearm is even better.

· eFirearms allows you to link to pictures stored on your computer. When you print an invidual item, the item's picture will appear on the page.
· You can link as many images as you like!

What's New in This Release:
· Reloading Data – You can now create reloading data records for any firearm in your collection. Reload data records are specific to items so you can easily find your data simply by locating the item. You can print an individual reload report or all reload records associated with an item.
· Link Images During Item Creation – In previous versions, you had to create the item, save it, and then re-open it add image links. This has been improved so that you can add image links while the item is being created.
· Import Categories – You can now import categories created in another eFirearms file. eFirearms allows you to create as many collections files as you like. This new feature allows you to transfer categories so that you do not have to re-create them in the new file.
· Improved Item Category Creation Process – During the creation of an item, you can specify the category an item belongs to. In previous versions, clicking the add category button would bring up the category maintenance window. This has been improved so that you can simply type the new category name in the field. When you save the item, it will automatically create that category if it does not exist.
· Custom Item Conditions – You can now select an item condition from the pre-defined drop-down list or create your own.
· Calendar Pop-Up – Calendar pop-ups have been added to date received and date sold fields on the item properties screen.
· Improved Hot Menu Locations – The hot menu can now be accessed by right-clicking in the Item Summary window off the main screen. Also, new menu items have been added to support the new Reload Data feature. You can create/modify reload records by right-clicking the Reload Data tab in the Item Summary window.
