Break time help you prevent weariness (know as Occupational Overuse Syndrome or Repetitive Strain Injuries), which arises during the work of the computer.

Weariness arises as a result of long continuous work. It may be prevented if you make a break and do weakening exercises. Weakening will be effective if you listen to classical music during the break. Break time tells you when you should make a break it will reproduce weakening music during the break time.

The program takes stock of time which you spend on the computer. Following the recommendation of the program will be able to minimize negative influence to your health.

The window with strain indicator appears level on account of your weariness. When you start working the window is invisible. If you work for 10 minutes (at the established 20 minutes) the window is semi transparent (in Windows XP) , 100% - the window isn't transparent.
